Our products are shipped frozen and are intended to be handled and stored according to the instructions provided. Because these are perishable food items, proper handling upon delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
 

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, delivery times, and eligibility for free shipping are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Free shipping (where applicable) is fulfilled via FedEx Ground under normal conditions.

  • Certain destinations require expedited (1–2 day) shipping for food safety.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to the nature of frozen products.
     

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon carrier pickup. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure proper packaging and transit methods, we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines.
 

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If you experience an issue with your order (e.g., damaged package, missing items), please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos so we may review the matter.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of the company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays, spoilage due to carrier issues, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
