Returns & Refunds Policy
 

Because our products are shipped frozen and are perishable food items, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for frozen products.

That said, your satisfaction and food safety are important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will review it promptly and work with you on an appropriate resolution as outlined below.
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and the product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement for the affected item(s), or

  • A refund to the original method of payment
     

Late or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak/busy seasons. While we package orders using appropriate packaging and ice packs to maintain safe temperatures, we cannot guarantee carrier performance.

If you believe a delay has compromised product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can evaluate the situation.
 

No Returns on Shipped Orders

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of frozen products once they have shipped, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Missed delivery or failure to retrieve a package in a timely manner
     

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
 

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
 

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in cases where we determine that an error occurred on our part.
