Shipping Policy - Frozen Products
 

We ship our products frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and food safety. Each order is prepared using appropriate packaging and ice packs suitable for frozen foods. Shipping options and pricing vary by destination based on delivery time requirements.

Free shipping is available in selected states on orders over $99 (excluding taxes and fees) and is fulfilled via FedEx Ground.
For all other destinations, expedited (1–2 business day) shipping is required to ensure safe delivery of frozen products.

Delivery Time Notice: The transit times below reflect normal operating conditions. Severe weather (storms, heavy rain, extreme temperatures), carrier disruptions, and peak/busy seasons may extend delivery times. During busy seasons, FedEx Ground transit times may be longer than usual.
 

Zone 1 – 1 Business Day Delivery (Free over $99)

Orders shipped to the following states qualify for free shipping via FedEx Ground on orders over $99, with an estimated 1 business day delivery time under normal conditions:

Illinois (IL), Ohio (OH), Indiana (IN), Wisconsin (WI), Michigan (MI), Iowa (IA).
Orders under $99 ship via FedEx Ground at a rate based on total package weight.
 

Zone 2 – 2 Business Day Delivery (Free over $99)

Orders shipped to the following destinations qualify for free shipping via FedEx Ground on orders over $99, with an estimated 2 business day delivery time under normal conditions:

Missouri (MO), Kentucky (KY), Minnesota (MN), Pennsylvania (PA), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), Tennessee (TN), Arkansas (AR), Nebraska (NE), Kansas (KS), District of Columbia (DC).
Orders under $99 ship via FedEx Ground at a rate based on total package weight.
 

Zone 3 & Zone 4 – Expedited Shipping Required (All Other States)

To maintain frozen integrity, orders shipped to the following states must be sent via expedited service (FedEx 1-Day or 2-Day). Standard/ground shipping is not available for these destinations. Shipping rates are calculated based on total package weight and the packaging and refrigerant required.
 

Alabama (AL), Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Louisiana (LA), Maine (ME), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), South Dakota (SD), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), Wyoming (WY).

Shipping Schedule & Food Safety

To protect product quality and prevent spoilage, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping date and method when necessary based on destination, transit time, weather conditions, and weekend or holiday schedules.

For example, if an order is placed on Thursday and is shipping to a long-distance destination (such as California), we may hold the shipment and dispatch it on the next business day (e.g., Monday) to avoid the package sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend and to ensure it arrives in optimal frozen condition.
Our priority is to deliver your order in a manner that maintains food safety and product integrity.
 

Packaging & Temperature Control

All frozen shipments are prepared using appropriate packaging and ice packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. Delivery times listed above are estimates and reflect typical carrier performance under normal conditions.
 

Weight-Based Pricing

Frozen shipping requires specialized handling, packaging, and refrigerant. Heavier orders may require larger boxes and additional ice packs. As a result, shipping rates are based on total package weight for non-free-shipping orders and for all expedited shipments.
 

Important Notes

  • Free shipping applies to the order subtotal over $99 (excluding taxes and fees) and is fulfilled via FedEx Ground.

  • Delivery time estimates begin after order processing and carrier pickup.

  • Weather, natural events, and peak/busy seasons may cause delays beyond estimated transit times. During busy seasons, FedEx Ground deliveries may take longer than usual.

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (military) addresses: We do not ship to these addresses. Because our products are shipped frozen, we cannot guarantee freshness or prevent spoilage for these destinations.

  • We reserve the right to select the appropriate service level to ensure food safety and product integrity.
